We have officially stopped listing on eBay.

eBay has incompetent authenticators working for them, and they have failed our items 3 times now, but every single item we sell is authentic.  The problem is eBay has these people who claim to be experts in whatever category, but they literally only know a very basic level about whatever they claim to be an expert in.  The most recent item is a Supreme hoodie that was purchased from the Supreme store, but eBay’s authenticator said it’s not authentic. The item before that was failed by the authenticator because it wasn’t Nike, and the authenticator only knows Nike. It was a pair of Reebok sneakers. The first time it happened was because the authenticator got our items mixed up with someone else’s and we ended up having to go through a nightmare with eBay to get that figured out because they sent our items to the other sellers and theirs to us.  The point of all of this is that we are no longer actively listing on eBay. We no longer trust eBay. We are going to leave the items that are already listed on eBay listed for now, but we would prefer if everyone could start buying from our website instead because we want to leave eBay altogether at some point.
