eBay

We are no longer listing anything on the eBay platform. That platform is ran by people who only care about the buyer even when the buyer is a liar and a scammer.

We had multiple things happen back to back to back, and eBay was no help at all. We had 2 dishonest buyers open returns lying about the condition of the items trying to get us in trouble with eBay.

One of the buyers was harassing us and cussing us, and eBay saw that, but they still pretended the buyer did nothing wrong, and they still told us that we should refund the buyer and move on.

3 different eBay reps told us that we should just refund the buyer and move on. They claimed that refunding the buyer would resolve the issue with the buyer, but as soon as we did that the buyer left us a lie filled negative feedback continuing their harassment. 

We contacted eBay, but even though we did exactly what they told us to do they refused to remove the negative feedback, or to help in any way whatsoever. 

We mentioned that we were going to leave eBay, and they said they didn’t care if we leave, but if we leave we can’t go back. Why would anyone in their right mind want to go back to a platform that treats the people who bring customers to their platform like trash? 

By the start of next year we will be completely off of eBay, and we will never go back. If you are a seller you should be figuring out an alternative to eBay as well because they don’t care about you. They only care about buyers. They admitted that they have policy that’s biased towards buyers.
